I tried the regular tune program and the was very please with the performance gain of my 2007 Navigator in the beginning. BUT my noticed engine "pinging" after the tuning. I tried 93 octane and it still pinged badly when climbing hills and under acceleration. I tried premium tuning with 93 octane and it still pinged. When settings were returned to factory stock, pinging stopped. I called tech support and they told me that calibration of the uploaded file looked fine so they will have to pass the problem to the R&D team for evaluation. It's been 4 days since problem has been passed to R&D team and I have not heard anything from them. I was told it can take up to week but I was expecting some sort of update. While it's being reviewed by the support team, I've noticed another problem while on either of the tuning program.
